  This is actually my third review of this store. My first review was a five star review, which I later deleted and replaced with a one star review. That change was due to the manager at the time, who would not return emails and was doing a terrible job running the store. After I posted that review, the team reached out to me and made everything right, including a change in leadership at this location. I couldn’t be more impressed with how both this store and Trek took my concerns seriously and addressed them so quickly. Ben, the Sales Lead at this store, is truly an amazing person and a tremendous asset to Trek. He deserves a raise and a promotion! So here I am again, updating my review back to five stars. Thank you for listening, taking action, and restoring my confidence.

  Stuck with a flat tire and 2 toddlers, they taught my husband how to change a tire at the store so he could come rescue us at the park.

  This shop is a decent size with a lot of bikes, accessories, and apparel to choose from. The automatic doors are a plus when bringing in your bike. Maggie has been the most helpful person every time I come in. The staff is very knowledgeable about biking because they love to ride and give feedback.

  I try to support local bike shops when I can. I had a broken wheel and needed a new wheelset, and was trying to give trek my business. They were horrible with communication at every step of the way. They promised to call multiple times at different stages and I never heard back. I ended up buying my own wheelset and will be doing the work myself. It’s clear that this wasn’t a priority, despite trying to spend up to $1000 for a new set of wheels

  We had an excellent experience at Trek Bicycle! We needed training wheels for my son’s bike, and they ordered the correct ones, installed them for us, and made sure his seat was adjusted to the perfect height before we left. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything fit properly. We really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle to anyone looking for quality bikes, accessories, or service!
