  I try to support local bike shops when I can. I had a broken wheel and needed a new wheelset, and was trying to give trek my business. They were horrible with communication at every step of the way. They promised to call multiple times at different stages and I never heard back. I ended up buying my own wheelset and will be doing the work myself. It’s clear that this wasn’t a priority, despite trying to spend up to $1000 for a new set of wheels

  We had an excellent experience at Trek Bicycle! We needed training wheels for my son’s bike, and they ordered the correct ones, installed them for us, and made sure his seat was adjusted to the perfect height before we left. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything fit properly. We really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle to anyone looking for quality bikes, accessories, or service!

  It pains me to write this review because I actually deleted a previous 5 star review to post it. That earlier review was written when the previous manager was running the store. Since Maggie took over, communication has become virtually nonexistent. Over the past year, I have sent multiple emails directly to her and copied the store’s email address. Several of those inquiries could have resulted in me spending thousands of dollars at this location. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As a long time customer who has already spent thousands of dollars at this store, being completely ignored is extremely disappointing. Customer service and communication should be priorities for any manager, and that has not been my experience here. Going forward, if I need to do business with Trek, I will gladly drive out of my way to another Trek location rather than return to this one. What a shame.

  Went into the bike shop; staff people were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. We ordered a bike to fit, it came in sooner than expected. I picked it up and all was well. Until a day or two later I received an email either from the local store or corporate, encouraging me to get involved in the biking pride event. Had I known they were pushing social issues as a company and not staying in their bike lane, I would have shopped elsewhere for a different brand of bike. I love the bike - I do not love having social issues pushed at me by companies like this.
