We received an assessment of damages and helpful suggestions to improve our ride. While at the shop, we were able to select the best carrier for our bikes. We are very pleased with the friendly service and we feel fortunate to have purchased our bikes locally at East Ridge Bicycles.

And then they double-checked my derailleur hanger to ensure that shifting will be smooth well after I left. They went above and beyond, just like always.
