  I took my wife to see the harness racing on her birthday which she truly enjoys. We saw many races had fun. We had dinner at 6 Berg bar and grill. Their hamburgers are very drippy damp I would not recommend six berg bar and grill. I literally love hamburgers so the fact I wasn't happy speaks volumes. The burger doesn't need so much lettuce and tomatoes did it just starts running and the buns so drippy you don't even want to eat the thing. The hamburger patties are smash patties you cannot order them with pink inside that's another non-plus. We did gamble a little after dinner just playing simple 60 and 50 cent bets. We were down almost 20 bucks. My wife kept bedding on the 50-cent machine we switched over to after the 60-cent was terrible. And she won the bonus game and we ended up 15 cents ahead at the end of the day. So all in all a good day except for losing a lot on the burgers my wife was unhappy with her burger also.

  Always a great time at the h lounge in the Hollywood casino. Spend the money on a reservation it's worth every penny

  I enjoy The Hollywood Casino over the other local casino(s) in the Pittsburgh/Greensburg area... The Hollywood Casino has better places to eat, weekly entertainment in the H Lounge and more $10 tables to play than the other casinos... It is more spacious than the other casinos and the free alcohol beverage(s) is a plus... I would have given the casino a 5 STAR but I didn't based on some of the dealers come across as if they don't like their job, some aren't personable and deal too fast especially at the Blackjack tables... A little interaction between dealer to player(s) goes a long way especially when it comes to tipping them... There are some dealers that make playing at their table enjoyable...

  Was there today on June 9, 2026. Came on a bus trip. When we arrived we had to stay on the bus for almost an hour because we were told they were short staffed. We were waiting for vouchers that provided each of us with $15 free play. Then once inside we were playing a machine that jammed when we put money into it. We waited and waited and waited for someone to come help. We finally asked if someone was coming and were told the slot techs get notice of any service needed on the device on their wrist. We then waited longer. Finally my husband found 3 slot techs in the back of the casino just talking to each other. He asked if someone could help. None of them were aware of the issue. HMMM. Also, there was a cash machine right near us that someone put money into to make change and it jammed. They were told the slot techs could not touch that machine, they had to wait for someone else. Their issue started before ours and they were still waiting when we left the area. UNACCEPTABLE. The final draw was when we were playing a machine near the customer counter and overheard 2 employees complaining about everyone. The one behind the counter said they should just shutdown. WOW. Terrible attitudes. Whoever is managing this group of people needs to do better. I will not be back.

  Security at the front greeting and ID desk needs some work. My wife's ID was having troubled being processed. So we patiently waited for them to get the information they needed and be on our way. They were incredibly rude to us,for their system, ( or incompetence) and refused to let me wait for my wife by the desk. I refused and waited by her side. They eventually figured out how to use the ID system and pushed her through. Just a terrible right out of gate experience. When you choose to spent not only your free time there, but your hard earned money, you should be treated bare minimumly, like a human being. Kindness goes a long way, and these people lacked this quality heavily.
