My 15 year old son started TOMA when he was 5 yrs old and he's on his way to achieving his 4th degree Black Belt and has worked his way up to being an Instructor, teaching and mentoring the younger kids and also being a camp counselor! My 13 year old daughter started TOMA at 4 and has achieved her 2nd degree black belt, which has also been a great asset to her confidence and her sports participation. Both of my kids have also participated in the competition and demonstration teams as well. I HIGHLY recommend TOMA to EVERYONE. It's a wonderful community to be a part of.
