  We chose the Ariel Excursion Tour at Refreshing Mtn..it was a 7 zipline, 3 bridge crossing course. It was great fun whether you are a veteran of Zip lining or a 1st timer. Guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Your highest height was 68 feet. Beautiful scenery in the trees. Would do it again in a second. Even though Refreshing Mtn is essentially a camp for groups in the summer, your particular event was not negatively affected. Do it for the fun. It would be amazing doing it in the Autumn with the change in colors. 5+ Stars. Only 1 warning... Not for people who don't like heights .

  We love the pool area and have only really experienced that part of the Refreshing Mountain Retreat. It's clean and we appreciate the modesty rule in place. Being able to have a family day at the pool without everyone you see being practically nude is a plus. You get a time slot of about 2 hours, can extend your time, and it is severely less costly than local town pools.it is very cold too, so expect that temp to be chilly.

  First time visiting Refreshing Mountain and were blown away! Beautiful retreat center, very clean and comfortable cabins, well maintained pool, brand new gym, peaceful lake... the list goes on. Loved our obstacle/zip line experience which we added to our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Especially enjoyed the time at the wildlife center and visiting the farm animals and birds. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back next summer!

  I had an amazing day with my 10-year-old daughter here at this zip line and obstacle course that they have. The staff was so helpful, kind, and really made sure that we were safe and latched in. The grounds were so clean. I even commented that everything looked new, but one of the workers told me that they have been there a long time, but they spend time updating things and keeping it clean. I was very impressed with the grounds in the facility and the level of care provided by the staff. We had so much fun. The weather was perfect. I highly recommend doing the base camp package as well as the five zip line course package and the Rockwall. I also really enjoyed the ice cream they provided. The ice cream was from their café and they had multiple flavors at a reasonable price. Go check it out for yourself!

  Your site was so organized, and the teenagers stationed at the different activities were absolutely amazing! They were helpful, organized, encouraging, and made the entire experience enjoyable. That little guy helping people off the zip line deserves an award! We are some pretty thicc women 🤣 and he was so reassuring. He kept saying, "I gotchu!" and made us feel completely comfortable and confident. His positive attitude and encouragement really stood out. We had an absolute ball and wanted to thank you and your team for such a wonderful experience. Thank you!
