  Dropped off a used bike tire here to be recycled that had dry rot. The attendant gladly accepted the tire, no questions asked, for no charge. If you need to recycle your used bike tires in a more environmentally friendly way than throwing them in the trash that is also economically friendly, stop by here!

  This place, regardless of its glowing reviews, has no room, it seems, to be flexible when it comes to the services they offer. They turned down my bike to be fixed by giving me an answer of, "We don't do that." I don't need to have business ownership experience to understand that if a business cannot do the service with a bit of improvisation included, they're turning down potential customer loyalty. I can't respect that. My e-bike was a dual-motor one, and so what? I wouldn't mind having to wait even up to 2 months to have it fixed, as long as this shop can show a level of competence I'm seeing isn't common nowadays. Maybe stand out from the norm? Have an emergency specialist contact on hand to call up if someone is asking for a service that is somewhat outside the reach of this shop's capabilities? Take some advice from the customer, not from your business courses in college or wherever else.

  Great experience at the bike shop! Matt was extremely helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Matt!

  I was looking for a new saddle. They generously let me try two 3D printed ones that did not suit me well. The third one, not 3D printed (Trek/Selle Verse Comp Short), ended up being the best one for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
