  This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I have been visiting this place since the day it opened in 2021 and I have spend a lot of money in this place and can't get out of my own way. In 5 years i have only gotten 2 GOOD pay outs. They just take and take and take and hardly ever give back. If I was able , I wouldn't even give this place one star. The way I have perceived things with them is you have to spend a huge amount of money in order to get a win, And then, the amount that you win is still significantly less than what you spent, so you never really win anything , you just get some of your money back,but until you've spent that large amount of money, you don't get a win. So if you don't want to have to pay back everything that you do win before you can win again, don't play with your players card because believe me,they keep track.I know, casinos are not here to make us rich, but if they want to keep their customers, they need to do a little more give and not so much take. Tonight was the last night I will ever spend another penny in that place. I will now be spending my time and money at Valley Forge Casino in King of Prussia. I am officially done with Hollywood casino.

  Kicked ass at the Blackjack table but gave most of it back in the high roller slots area but I still had a good time

  MY 1ST N IT WON'T BE MY LAST, EITHER THOUGH I LOST $500 IN 15 TO 20 MINUTES, IS OK...YOU CANT WIN ALL THE TIME. I THANK YOU FOR PUTTING TRUCK PARKING THERE. AS A TRUCKER, I PLAY FROM CALI TO NEW YORK. USUALLY HOLD VIP N PLATINUM CARDS IN DIFFERENT CASINO. IM FROM CALI, I USUALLY PU MY LOADS HERE IN MORGANTOWN. RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. BEFORE THIS CASINO WAS EVEN BUILT. NOW THAT IS DONE, I DON'T COME HERR MUCH. BUT WHEN I DO. IM DEFINITELY STOPPING BY.   Free play goes out without any fun. Once spending my money I had a tiny bit of fun. Alot of people around me were mad and complaining. Very little fun to be had.
