  I just won 4 million dollars, met my futire wife, was cured of scurvy, and found our lord and savior here. How could i possibly have anything bad to say?! And bonus points i went to celebrate at the ovi with some jello shots and finish the night off with some of sheetz famous pepperoni rolls!! God bless america and god bless the hollywood casino in morgantown and all its staff ! Not to mention the cocktails waitresses got some serious bubbles

  No Wheel of Fortune. Waste of a casino. Doesn't have not one high denomination Wheel of Fortune, or any Wheel of Fortune for that matter. Only low denomination slots, mostly digital garbage. I'm here for the big wins, not lousy pay out slots. Go to VF or WC, they have Wheel of Fortune 100 dollars, one credit a spin, went there and won big time!

  Machines are tight & can be brutal! Went through over $2000 with barely any pay lines to keep you playing instead of just constantly feeding in hundreds after hundreds and nothing but $5 & $10 line pays. Horrible when your playing $5 $10 $15 a spin! Waitress barely came around and I'm a pretty decent tipper esp when Im doing ok. Seemed pretty clean which is good but bottom line if your odds of winning are slim to none then no point of going. IV become very well educated over the months and well aware of the Corruption thats going on with the PGCB. Kevin O'tool head Exec. Of the PGCB is Not Only Allowing Casinos to do just about anything they want & COMPLETELY IGNORING & VIOLATING FEDERAL GAMING LAWS & REGULATIONS. BUT ALSO HAS HIS GAMING OFFICERS DENYING JUST ABOUT EVERY COMPLAINT THAT CROSSES THE PGCBs DESKS / COMPUTERS BEING THATS THE ONLY ""PUTTID & DISGUSTING WAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT""!!! BUT IT DON'T MATTER CUZ THE CASINO (ONLINE OR LAND BASED) CAN BE 100% IN THE WRONG BUT IT WON'T MATTER BECAUSE THE PGCB IS ONLY GOING TO DENT YOUR COMPLAINT & COVEE FOR THE CASINO SO THEY CAN SEND STATE REVENUE THROUGH THE ROOF JUST LIKE THE DID t THIS PAST YEAR!!! UP $6.8 BILLION!!!!! I WAS ROBBED FOR OVER $99,080.00 AND THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA MADE / "THEIR CUT" WAS $53,460.00 FROM ME BEING ROBBED AND THE PGCB NOT ONLY DENIED 4 OUT OF 4 COMPLAINTS AND BET PARX EVEN ADMITTED TO THEIRS "IN WRITING" & THE GAMING OFFICERS BLANTANTLY LIED ON THE FINAL OUTCOME OF MY COMPLAINT OF BET PARX PURPOSELY STEALING A BONUS GAME THE SEC I GOT THE BONUS & KICKED ME OFF THE ENTIRE APP & SENT ME BACK TO THE HOME SCREEN ON MY PHONE. ADTSR DAYS OF THREATENING TO SUE THEY CONTACTED ME IN WRITJNG SAYJNG THEY PUT THEIR VIP TEAM ON MY CASE & FOUND I DID NOT PLAY THE GAME THROUGH NOR DID I GET PAID ON IT! BUT HIM SAYING "AFTRR VIEWING ALL YOUR PLAY I VIEWED YOU PLAY THE GAME THROUGH AND GET PAID ON IT SO THIS COMPLAINT IS DENIED AND NOW CLOSED!!!! SCREWJNG ME OUT OF THE $7000 IT COST ME TO GET THAT BONUS AND BY FEDERAL GAMING LAW ITS MANDATORY IMMEDIATE RETURN OF ALL MONEY BACK TO THE PLAYER, SEVERE FINE & POSSIBLE LOSS OF LICENSE & JAIL. PGCB REPLIED A DAY OR 2 LATER "WE SAW NOTHING WRONG"!!!! ON AN ACCOUNT WITH A $5000 MAX DAILY LIMIT!!!! AND PNC BANK LET THEM DO IT!!!! PENNSYLVANIA GAMING CONTROL IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & PUTRID CORRUPT LYING PIGS AND THEY BELONG IN JAIL!!! ESP THOSE 2 CORRUPT LYING CONIVIVING PCS OF TRASH STATE TROOPERS!!!!   Spouse and I come here for a date night once a week, and we’re still playing on our winnings. We’ve not had a bad night yet (knock wood), but we’re not high rollers, We never spend more than 100 each. It’s a great boutique casino, but that’s why it loses one star. Due to its small size, if you’re sensitive to smoking - it will get to you after a bit. I also feel like some of the cooler games are in the smoking section, it would be cool if they cycled their slots around a little every two or three months. 😅 Another reason it loses a star –No free drinks while playing slots. They used to offer them, but they’ve stopped according to the beverage girl last Saturday. Overall, this is a great place to have a steak, some drinks, and play some slots once a week. ❤️

  The poker room is roughly 80 to 90 degrees at all times. And the head floor guy jeff is insufferable. Clearly the first time hes ever been in a position of power in his life and he most often uses it against the customer rather than to assist the customer. Every other person of "authority" in the building is an absolute angel.
