Barry and staff helped me replace my THULE key for my cargo box that I lost before ever taking its first trip. He not only sold me the replacement cylinders but walked out to the parking lot and put them in for me. I’m going to be back to spend money at this store because I have never received such amazing customer service before. Thank you so much!

Looking for a backpack and tent for my Godson's 13th birthday so we can do some trips this summer. It was crowded so I figured we would have to be patient. But I could not even get into the area where the backpacking tents were located. Three workers were chatting about scouts and camping. I stood there expecting them to move or ask me if I needed help. After about a minute they never even looked at me. I walked out. I will look online and get the same level of service. Swing and a miss REI.
