- MLMinh LuongMay 10, 20265.0Me and my significant other came to check out this location to start getting gear and equipment so we could get into backpacking. We were amazed with the huge variety of selections when it came to all the products. We actually were so overwhelmed and we went in thinking we knew somewhat of what we wanted to but we were quick to realize that we knew nothing. The staff ended up being our life savers and were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Barry who graciously stuck with us for about 2-3 hours to help us figure out what equipment we wanted and would be the best for what we wanted to do and even helped us with future proving us saving us tons of money down the line. He answered every question we had and advised us on his own personal experience and knowledge. We are super excited and happy with everything we got so far. We are 100% coming back so we can finish out getting everything we need. this store is doing everything right. And note it is not just Barry that was amazing. Tyler and the rest of the crew were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly this will be our go to store from now on even though it’s farther away but worth it.
