  Nice casino, loved the live music. Food (burgers) at the court were actually really good. Even on a crowded night there's room to live around

  Ate at sportsbook today got the ribs,fries,& tater tots.....you would think because it was a slow evening that the food would be hot...NO......ribs below Luke warm & very fatty fries below warm & tots fried to a crisp still not even warm.Wife ordered wings & chicken Philly...wings not hot...Philly near Luke warm

  Good was good that’s it. Service sucks and the casino payouts are horrible. Spent 600 dollars in slots no money back.

  You guys have a fantastic employee his name is Matthew and I have seen him over the last couple days I usually come around dinner time and I always see him smiling and greeting people and I’ve had a few conversations with him and I just have to say after learning he is new he is definitely a great security guard every time I come in and see him he makes my day a whole lot better he always wishes me good luck when I come in and when I’m playing he even comes to check and see how I’m doing I will always look forward to seeing Matthew. Matthew if you see this review keep up the great work I can’t wait to see you again

  .🔴 Unprofessional Staff and Poor Customer Service I had a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience at this poker room in September.. During a hand, in their poker room a dispute arose regarding calling the clock while I was taking legitimate time to think through a decision. The dealer skipped me to begin with on this hand and made a cumulation of multiple mistakes dealing with peoples money to this point. Since I decided to take time to think through the next hand again because the previous one she dealt 4 cards instead of three on the flop. The forth card of the previous hand was mucked which would have given me three of a kind. During this time on the next hand being dealt the supervisor running the room abruptly told me my time was up and to leave the poker room. The dealer made multiple mistakes and the people at the table told her to take a break but she did not due to these reasons. When I calmly informed him that I intended to report his inappropriate handling of the situation to management, he responded by telling me "F**k you out loud in front of the entire poker room and all the customers within ear shot of us. My friend and I could not believe what we were hearing. In addition there was inappropriate talk at the table while I was there making me feel uncomfortable which should not occur. I believe that.this level of disrespect and vulgarity from a staff member—especially a supervisor which he claimed to be—is completely unacceptable. When I asked for his name I found out he gave me a fictitious name when I called their internal department for a report A poker room should maintain a fair, professional, and respectful environment for all its players. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend players take their business to the many other casinos in the area that actually value the customer. Also you have to pay for alcohol drinks if ordered most casinos DO NOT charge for this but they do..
