I visited this place for a birthday party (we bought a package that cost over $600), and the overall experience was an absolute nightmare.
The customer service and management are appalling. The package we purchased was supposed to include bonus points, but the staff failed to credit them to us. When we went back the next day to resolve the issue, they completely refused to help, claiming we had "no proof" and telling us to go home and fetch the physical card. Even after we brought the card back, they still refused to honor the points.
To make matters worse, the staff actually threatened to kick us out. This aggressive and hostile behavior terrified the children, causing them to cry right there on the spot. The food quality was also poor. This establishment seriously needs a complete overhaul of its management. Based on this atrocious experience, I highly recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
We ordered food during our visit, but one of our meals wasn’t brought out until our bowling session was already over. At that point, we had no time left to eat.
I wasn’t even complaining about the slow service. I understand delays happen. I simply asked for a to-go box so we could take home the food we had already paid for.
To my surprise, I was told there were no to-go boxes available.
Instead of apologizing or making any effort to help, the staff showed no concern whatsoever. There was no attempt to find a solution, no sense of responsibility, and no respect for the customer. We paid for food that arrived too late to eat, and then were denied even the most basic courtesy of taking it home.
This experience made it feel like once they had our money, customer satisfaction no longer mattered.
I expected much better service. If your food arrives so late that customers can no longer eat it, the least a business should do is provide a way for them to take it home. Unfortunately, that basic level of customer service was completely missing.
I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone expecting professional service.

The first thing everyone should do before leaving this place is CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. We were overcharged on our final bill and didn’t notice until the next day.
The staff inside were extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment we arrived. The food was terrible, especially the pizza, which was very dry and tasted old. To make matters worse, I even found a small bug in my drink.
When we returned the next day to address the overcharge, one of the male managers was unbelievably rude. He refused to help us resolve the issue and even threatened to kick us out.
The venue itself is very dark inside, making it easy to miss extra charges on your bill. Please check your receipt carefully before paying.
Between the rude staff, terrible food, dirty drinks, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an indoor bowling and arcade center. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I originally came back to Lucky Strike Feasterville simply to ask the staff to correct a mistake. Our birthday package clearly included 500 Arcade Redemption Points for each child, but none of the game cards had been loaded with the points.
At this point, I am no longer upset about the missing points. Mistakes happen. What I cannot accept is how the manager treated me.
Instead of taking responsibility for a mistake made by his staff or making any genuine effort to help a customer, he repeatedly changed his explanation, refused to investigate our birthday reservation, and dismissed everything I said. He first told me to go home and bring back the remaining game cards so he could add the missing points. After I spent the time searching for them and returned, he suddenly claimed that none of the cards were from the previous day. Rather than solving the problem, he made it even worse.
His attitude was rude, impatient, arrogant, and humiliating. I felt that I was being treated like a liar instead of a customer who had spent over $600 celebrating my daughter’s birthday.
What disturbed me the most was that I felt I was treated differently from other customers. When I asked whether I was being treated differently because of my race, instead of addressing my concern professionally, he simply told me to leave the store.
My children witnessed the entire interaction and started crying because of the way we were treated.
This review is not about redemption points anymore. It is about a manager who refused to take responsibility for his team’s mistake, refused to help a customer, and treated us with disrespect in a way that left us feeling humiliated and discriminated against.
I sincerely hope Lucky Strike investigates this incident and holds its managers to the same standards of professionalism and respect that every customer deserves.

This is the most outrageous racist place ever, i went here yesterday for my cousins birthday he spent $600 and a $80 tip and we went to redeem 500 points in each of 12 cards. My Aunt is asian and has a chinese accent we we’re in lane one and we went for laser tag and all the stuff like that and I alone spent $52 and the others has around $50. Then the cards we went to redeem the 500 points today and guess what, they said i quote”You didn’t use these cards yesterday” so my aunt went to get the rest and guess what he said?”You didn’t use these cards yesterday”Then she asked for the manager and this white racist man said”I am the manager”Then my cousin started crying because that lunatic kept saying something weird and we weren’t a small customer we payed $600 for two lanes and a $80 tip for them.Message the the real manager, I hope you see this because your about to get 13 1 star reviews and if I was there i would’ve gotten physical.-_-
