You pay for tubing BEFORE you read and sign the waiver. What the website doesn't tell you, its on the waiver, after you pay, there are NO guides, NO lifeguards, NO staff on the banks of the river as you tube. NO staff to assist you into the river. NO staff to assist if you panic and fall out of the tube, NO staff along the river at ALL. The ONLY staff is at the end on a jet ski to make sure you do not float into the Delaware River. Their website says a paddle is optional, it should be MANDATORY. You can't paddle anywhere with just your hands, you will get stuck on the banks of the river, and a 1.5 hour trip is now 3 hours. NONE of the staff mentioned you can buy a $20 waterproof sack from them, and a water proof phone case. You will NEED these along with water shoes. Find a place where they guide you down the river, and have staff along the way. I can not in good conscience recommend this place, because had all this information been provided to us BEFORE we booked we would NOT have booked.

First time tubing, sadly we didn’t have the best experience I was hoping for. We were there July 25th and arrived at the launch area by the bus they have that takes us there around 11:30 AM. An older white male employee working there was extremely rude when I simply asked how to get a cooler holder. He responded “absolutely not” with such a nasty attitude that I actually asked him if my question bothered him because I genuinely didn’t understand why I was being spoken to that way. After that, I didn’t even feel comfortable asking about paddles, which we were never given even though everyone else had them, so my group ended up paddling with our hands. Other than that, floating down the river was really nice. It’s unfortunate that this interaction ruined what otherwise would’ve been a great experience. Edit: I did later find out that those were extras which I didn't know at the time which wasn't a problem, the issue was how nasty the employees demeanor was to me for literally no reason as it was my first interaction with them....to simply ask

I went with a group of friends on a Saturday. I was a little apprehensive when I saw the line to check in, but the process was smooth. Just an FYI make sure you have cash if you plan to buy a phone pouch or paddle. The staff were friendly and kept everyone moving. The river never felt crowded. I’ve never used tethers when I’ve gone tubing before - but really appreciated that they were included since we were a large group. As a plus size person, I was a little worried about the tubes and life jackets. It was so nice to feel like it wasn’t a concern at all. The staff “catch” you at the end of the river if you can’t get to shore by guiding you with a jet ski. Everyone was friendly and positive. Unfortunately I dropped my waterproof phone pouch as I was getting out. The staff helped me look but we weren’t successful in finding it with the silt stirred up from everyone getting out. I said my goodbyes to my iPhone and made my peace. Fast forward to noon the next day, my emergency contact got a call from Mike saying they found and recovered my phone! Since I live so far away, they shipped my phone to me. I thought it would be at least a week since they were closed Monday and Tuesday, but they still shipped it on Monday. 5 stars to the staff - because even when I thought my phone was gone for good, my interactions with everyone made it a positive experience. I will definitely be back!
