  Gotta give a shout out to John and the team at TREK. Came in today to pick up my bike for a ride and it wasn’t finished yet, so they lent me one to use in the meantime. Over and beyond. Would recommend them without hesitation.

  I had my gear shift repaired and cable installed while I waited! (Did not anticipate same day repairs). Only took 30 minutes. Drew was friendly & did a great job.

  Have an e-bike...and got a flat tire on my way home from work... the next day took it to TREK to get the flat repaired... they fixed the flat... but.. I got error codes come up... before I left the store...and they did not do anything to fix my bike ... now I have an e bike that does not work.... thanks to TREK

  The Trek stores are always so good, and this one was no exception. Super friendly staff and had a nice talk with the mechanic who was also a bike nerd.
