  I brought my eight year old granddaughter in to buy her first "grown up" bike. Anthony treated her with courtesy and respect, patience and kindness. He suggested adjustments to the bike's assembly to better suit her riding skills. Joe's send-off, complete with our "New Bike Day Certificate," made a special day even more memorable. Great shop, great service, great experience. Thanks guys!! --

  Visiting from out of town, I arrived to discover rear tire was flat and would not take air. I took the bike over to Trek Ardmore. They quickly diagnosed the issue- rim tape failed- and got me fixed up in time for a planned ride. Thanks for the friendly, helpful, and prompt service gentlemen!

  We stopped by with our kids’ bike to have training wheels installed. After taking a look, the technician explained that this particular bike would require a special wheel in order to properly install the training wheels. Since we only needed them for a couple of weeks before starting bike lessons, and the special part would need to be ordered, we decided not to move forward. Even though we weren’t having the work done, he took the time to put air in the tires, straighten the handlebars, and even showed the kids how to make basic adjustments themselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and friendly. To top it off, he didn’t charge us anything for the quick fixes. It’s rare to find such honest customer service these days. We really appreciated the time and care he took to help us. Highly recommend this shop!
