  We stopped by with our kids’ bike to have training wheels installed. After taking a look, the technician explained that this particular bike would require a special wheel in order to properly install the training wheels. Since we only needed them for a couple of weeks before starting bike lessons, and the special part would need to be ordered, we decided not to move forward. Even though we weren’t having the work done, he took the time to put air in the tires, straighten the handlebars, and even showed the kids how to make basic adjustments themselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and friendly. To top it off, he didn’t charge us anything for the quick fixes. It’s rare to find such honest customer service these days. We really appreciated the time and care he took to help us. Highly recommend this shop!

  These guys are GREAT!!! They know everything!!! Two different bikes (Trek and Raleigh), each with a few issues… troubleshot and fixed on the spot! TOP QUALITY CARE with completely reasonable pricing!!! I have been to several bike shops over the years… this one is my one and only from now on!!! Thanks for the great customer care and service guys and gal!! 😊

  Had an amazing experience at Trek Bicycle Ardmore! Anthony went above and beyond helping me install my bike roof rack. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time — and did it all with a smile. Customer service like that really stands out. Highly recommend this shop and especially Anthony if you need help with anything bike-related!
