The staff had incorrectly set up the tires, gluing them to the rims despite them having tubes inside. When we asked to have this corrected, the service department was unprofessional, defensive, and unhelpful. They charged an extra fee to fix their own mistake and returned the bikes to us completely deflated and disassembled, forcing us to drive an hour home with unsafe gear. The service quotes are incredibly high with hidden line items just to inspect a bike. Very disappointed in the incompetence and poor service at this location. Would recommend looking elsewhere for trustworthy bike maintenance or purchase.

Even when it got a little busy it was extremely helpful and didn't make me feel rushed. I asked a lot of questions and tried on tons of shoes, he was super patient, kind, knowledgeable, and quick.
