He was very upfront about cost, parts and procedure. He brought the whole project together quickly and communicated throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. I could tell he was the guy I needed right when I walked in; very passionate about his craft!
- KBKara BurbachSep 13, 20265.0I can’t say enough good things about Lakeside Bicycles and their customer service! I purchased my first road bike from them back in 2013. I was a brand-new cyclist at the time, and I remember them being incredibly kind, patient, informative, and helpful throughout the process. A few months ago my bike was unfortunately stolen, the 13 year old bike I had originally purchased. I hadn’t been back to Lakeside or made a purchase from them since buying the bike, and I had no documentation to submit with my insurance claim. I reached out to Lakeside, and they went above and beyond to help me track down my original receipt and serial number and they provided me with all the documentation I needed to complete my claim. They even worked directly with my insurance adjuster to help me get the best possible replacement value for my bike. I was honestly blown away that they were willing to help so much after all these years, especially when I wasn’t a current customer. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping a cyclist in need was really amazing - what exceptional customer service! I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Lakeside Bicycles!
