- RRRenAug 22, 20262.0Bought a bunch of stuff to go backpacking, instead of a bag for my stuff, I just got it handed back to haphazardly pile into my cart. I got home and noticed several items are missing I think they fell from my cart after buying them, I feel frustrated spending nearly a grand and not getting a bag for all the stuff, I know there are environmental reasons to avoid bags, but if anyone recycles, it's rei customers, and to avoid waste, sure cool, but it's not like everything I bought did not come with packaging.

Monica in the backpack department and her sales associate were extremely patient and helpful with us while they were fitting us with various brands and sizes of backpacks until we found what worked for us. Then we exhausted Arthur in the shoe department trying on numerous types, brands and sizes of trail runner shoes, but unfortunately they did not the right shoes in our sizes. However, he did point us in the right direction and we found the shoes that best fit our feet at 5 Star Sports, in Corvallis, Oregon.
