- FHForrest HurleySep 28, 20265.0There was a great selection and a kind staff. It wasn't as big as the R. EI in Seattle, but that is the main store, so it's forgivable. The staff was amazing like always rei really gets yea. Real people, helping real people have real adventures, enough said
- KOKim OwenSep 23, 20265.0Bike shop crew, especially Ben, did a great job servicing my Coop Cty 3 ebike bought at different location. Completely satisfied with bike after 1400 miles. Their great service is why I buy bikes at REI. -Kimo
- CEChase EliasonSep 20, 20265.0I had the most genuine of conversations with Kenzie. Employees bringing that level of enthusiasm and charisma deserve recognition. She made my purchase feel like it was from someone I knew.
- CTChristopher TrotterSep 17, 20265.0About 3-5 staff members asked if I needed help. It was awesome. I often get anxious when shopping for basically anything, and having the REI staff nearby at all times quelled my raging barely contained anxiety.
- KMKevin McKercherSep 7, 20263.0Super crowded. Full of gimmicky junk and a lot of nice stuff as well. Overall, I don't want to go back. It's to cultish for me.
