  Prices tend to be higher than the regular in store REI garage sales. Hit or miss on the condition of the products being sold, everything from old style brand new merchandise to falling apart used products that should be thrown away. Customer service was horrible. Had a question about available inventory since there was a sign up about the product. Most of the workers seemed to be hiding in the employee only backstock area and when I finally got someone's attention they didn't even bother to check and rudely said they were sold out. There wasn't even a polite "what we have out on the floor is what we have of that item and brand." It was an immediate dismissal like I was inconveniencing them for asking about a product they had a sign up about. Previous visits to the store had been great, but this last experience was some of the worst customer I've received at any REI location in the nation.

  Purchased a pair of Solomon hiking boots. 1 hike up st.helens and they were destroyed. Soles ripped off in chucks. Attempted to do a warranty return and they said they couldn’t find my receipt in the system on my account. Ended up donating them since they’re completely useless. Will not be shopping here anymore.

  Clean, organized, open space, friendly staff. Unbelievably great prices if you are willing to get gear with wear. I got my daughter a pare of Keens that were dirty but in great condition for $7 plus change. I also have the REI credit card so I get my cash back for the Visa and my REI Membership. I highly recommend if you’re going to shopping here

  What an incredible store with so much choice, even for small sizes shoes and clothing! Lots of amazing gear, too.
