- DHDave HewlettAug 21, 20262.0Soooo disappointed about REI and it's store here, overinflated price point and leak of stock especially in the cycle section. Most sale stuff as usual no average sizes. The store has equipment indeed however not a big stock if looking. Prepare for disappointment. Staff were friendly enough and the cycle section really lets it down, go to a local specialist instead!

He responded with “hopefully in the future you will stop being the problem and start being the solution.” He then said we are lucky that he could check us out as a guest, and that we would normally require a membership. All of this while the line of customers continued to build up behind us.
