  They don't stock any bike racks except for proprietary trek ones that will only fit on a trek, also WAY to high prices, for 1 red and 1 white 100 lumens light set would be about $15 anywhere else was $85 at trek, I went to fred Meyer and got a bike rack and a light set way brighter with headlight tail light and side lights and all of it was only $80, I will never go to trek bicycle again feels too much like extortion

  I absolutely love taking my bike to Trek Beaverton. They have been so good to me and consult with me on the things I want to do to ensure I am making the right choices for me and my bike. I have tried other places and I just don't get the same level of service nor do I have the same level of confidence that my bike is going to be fixed at the same level as Trek does for me. Recently I had to take my bike in for the bottom bracket bearing replacement and they helped me make some decisions that made it more cost effective and were helpful cleaning up my drivetrain and getting new tires on my bike so I could get out and ride as quickly as possible. When I got my bike back it was better than I expected. Kudos to Joe and the team for doing such great job with my bike...always!. Appreciate you guys a ton...you don't get enough credit for all that you do for us weekend warriors.

  I bought a new bike and the employees went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The sales employees were very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful when it came to choosing a bike. They helped me find the one for me and let me experience the difference between a few bikes. The maintenance technicians taught me about adjusting my bike as they installed my add-ons and helped adjust the bike for me on the spot. After getting home with my bike, the front tire was flat. I took the wheel back into the shop and the staff made things right by swapping the tube free of charge. I appreciate everything the staff provided from start to finish! I would definitely recommend swinging by for your bike needs.
