At REI, we love to get outside and play, and we know first-hand the importance of quality outdoor gear. We stand behind all our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we design our own line of award-winning REI brand gear and clothing. Whether you're new to outdoor adventure or a seasoned pro, we gladly share our enthusiasm for our products--and the trails, slopes and waterways where we play.
Each year, REI donates millions of dollars to support conservation efforts nationwide and sends dedicated teams of volunteers--members, customers and REI employees--to build trails, clean up beaches, restore local habitats and more.... Through responsible business practices across the company, we strive to reduce our environmental footprint.
What began as a group of 23 mountain climbing buddies is now the nation's largest consumer cooperative. But no matter how large we grow, our roots remain firmly planted in the outdoors. Our passion for outdoor adventure is clear, whether you visit any of our stores across the country, phone us, or interact with us online.
By staying true to our roots, we've earned a place on FORTUNE magazine's list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" every year since the rankings began in 1998. We work hard to earn our reputation for quality and integrity every day. Our core purpose guides everything we do: we all work to inspire, educate and outfit for a lifetime of outdoor adventure and stewardship.

- MPManu Pianesi3 days ago5.0Huge store with loads of options, sizes and sales available. Ashley was incredibly helpful and patient in advicing me and my partner on bikes. Tried a lot of sizes and frames and walked us through different options that fit our needs as well as accessories and other details.

- HFHans FeltenOct 5, 20265.0I really like this REI. It is very large, the product is very well laid out, the signage is clear, and there are several areas with sale racks, re-supply gear, bins with older styles of hats/socks on sale, and much more. Ordering online and picking up here went very well, and I found that I still wandered the store even when I already had made my purchase before coming in :) This specific REI is in a bit of a tricky spot to get to depending what direction you're coming from. Parking is extremely plentiful though!

- LDLara DohnerSep 16, 20263.0I just spent a lot of money on a sleeping bag, came to pick it up, tried to do curbside pickup, waited for a while, no update of my order being prepared, walked inside, no line, then was asked for my order number. I let them know I had been waiting at the curbside pickup for a while, did it not go through the system? Workers are great - but it's frustrating waiting for my order, doing all the back work, and then being asked for my info. So waiting for pickup was pointless. I live in the neighborhood. I want to keep using this store. I know it's not the worker's fault. Wanting to give this info so that customers have a more seamless experience. Thanks.
