Albany Shao-Lin Kempo is a family-focused martial arts school serving children, teens, and adults. Our instruction is led by veteran and 4the degree black belt, Kevin Gurule. He brings real-world discipline, leadership, and experience into every class. We specialize in building confidence, focus, and self-discipline in a positive, structured environment. Our kids programs help students improve listening skills, coordination, and respect while having fun and staying active. Adult classes offer practical self-defense, fitness, and stress relief for all experience levels. We are beginner-friendly, inclusive, and committed to helping every student grow at their own pace.
