- PBPapa BearAug 12, 20265.0I drove from NWA to buy a Powerfly FS+ 4 from them, which was apparently unavailable in the entire state of Arkansas. I arrived 15 min before closing but the manager Ryne Radichel still provided me the best service. He allowed me plenty of time to test ride and then set my bike up, which took another hour approximately past their closing. Mike and Brian stayed extra to work my bike as well. They all were super friendly and informative. Ryne gave me some basic bike maintenance tips as it is my first full suspension bike. I am so happy avd pleased with the service Ryne and his team provided to me! I wish TREK had a store in NWA (north west Arkansas) and would love to see Ryne managing the store! A 3 hour drive to their store totally worth it! I love my bike! It rides so well and the orange color of it is so nice. I got many compliments from other riders on the trails. Thanks to Trek and Ryne Radichel!

I took them a bike for new bearings and a regear, they did the work, bike immediately skipped the chain in the parking lot from the 1st moment I had it, then they did a new chain and this and that and it still skips the chain. They don’t test ride all the bikes they work on, they tried to tell me that, which means either 1: they saw how my bike wasn’t rideable and they gave it back? Or 2, they lied and didn’t test ride it and just are are too embarrassed to cover their mishap, Bike would’ve sat for another month because they can’t source a chainring within a 3-4 week period. I’m gonna go to another local shop and get all the work double checked.
