There’s always something new that makes me want to plan my next adventure. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful the staff are. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or need some guidance, it’s always a fun and easy place to shop. They have great gear and bags, really anything you could think of for camping or most sports. Definitely one of my favorite spots in OKC for quality outdoor gear and a little inspiration to get outside and explore! 🌲

- AWAustin WaltersAug 15, 20261.0Came in today for the first time needing some hiking shoes and a backpack. Went to shoes first. Lingered for about 10 minutes and not one person asked if we could be helped. Gave up there and moved to backpacks. Lingered there for another 10 minutes and again no help. After becoming tired of waiting there, I just grabbed one and headed to checkout. The clerk asked “did you find everything you needed?” I responded yeah, a backpack, not that anyone offered to help me. Her response was “sorry it’s Saturday and we are extremely busy.” I watched at least 2-3 employees walk by not doing anything while I was there. Nevertheless, that was such a poor response. Customer service 101 is to offer an apology and ask what can be done to fix it…not make excuses. Very poor experience all around. I will not be back.
