  I enjoy going to Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley just for fun. I always set a budget before I walk in, and somehow I usually don't even lose what I came to play with. 😂 When I'm done having fun, I cash out and go home. For me, it's about entertainment, not chasing losses. If you play responsibly and know when to leave, it's a great way to spend a few hours!

  Went on a very busy Saturday love the slots here but if you are hungry grab something before you go upstairs restaurant was only allowing people that had reservations until 830 and it was 645 when we tried and the downstairs 2 restaurants are really overpriced and not that good No coleslaw for baskets and said no substitute and wanted a shake and they said couldn't do that either

  Lady C (?) at customer service was absolutely fabulous. I was unsure how to down load the app to get free credits and instead of telling me to do it she helped me. She was very understanding, polite and patient. These are virtue's that people don't seem to care about or have anymore. She is definitely a asset to your casino.

  Been here twice and lost everything both times. Ya gotta let ppl win some or like us .... there won't be a third time. Also the player card setup is impossible to do yourself, you have to go wait in line just to have the service desk do it for you which through no fault of their's takes forever. That's how difficult it is to set up your free play!

  Definitely dirty. Bathrooms filthy. Machines very tight. Not one hand pay the whole evening. Definitely has gone down hill since opening. There is usually 2 people working at the cashier so the wait is ridiculous. The restaurant upstairs wait is sooo long and not worth the wait. The food downstairs is not that great and not worth the cost. The comps are not very good. Nothing has improved in several years. Decided this was my last time coming. I'd rather go to PA.
