- RVRenee VincikMay 11, 20161.0They closed our pool last year..we took our winter cover off to have dolphin pools come open it..the sides of the liner were falling off and there is water behind the liner..it was not lie that when they closed it..I called cindy..I told her we are not paying for it...cause the guys she sent out..one was her son..he said they would charge by the hour..the older gentleman with her son said it shouldnt have been drained..that he wouldn't have drained it..I told her we are not paying for this..she needs to fix our liner..she hung up on me..what kind of way to do business is that. My husband is a veteran..so we were told to talk to our jag officer (attorney)..so we are to call him back! Don't ever use dolphin pools for ANYTHING!
