Let me try it out for a little road test, came back and the deal was done. Patiently answered all my questions gave some good advice and made the entire process very easy for me to accept. Very fair price, comfortable environment and the 2 years free service all made this a very worthwhile place to do business with. If you're looking for a quality bike, I absolutely suggest you give these folks a try.

I brought it into the shop in April for a new tire and asked the owner (I’m assuming) to “tighten up anything that needs it”. I don’t even remember what he charged, so I know it was fair. I’ve put in 1923 miles since and my bike has still not ghost shifted! I couldn’t be happier! I took my bike to the Columbus Trek store prior to last season for the full tune up. They charged $500, including the bike computer and I was ghost shifting before hitting 400 miles. I’m coming here anytime my bike needs anything.
