  The staff was quite ill informed on the penn app. Dirty machines and drink area. Filthy bathroom. These are the reasons I quit going and the problems have worsened.

  Save your money and go elsewhere, unless you're a max bet type and bring thousands to play with....and likely lose. This used to be our favorite casino and we'd travel an hour and a half to get here, while passing 3 others, much more local to us casinos. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the games and the live entertainment on the weekends. Now, the slots are SO tight. I mean, a $2 win on a $1+ bet on free spins? Get real! This isn't just occasionally or a fluke, this is now the norm. And IF you do happen to win while using your players card and are a frequent player here, you'll lose it all and then some in many coming visits, like months worth of losses. The Take2 grill has decent food (depending on who's cooking that day) but it's overpriced. However, they do give food comps with your players card if you earn enough points, so that's nice. There certainly aren't enough tables in that area, especially on the busy weekends. You're often left waiting for someone to finish their meal before you can sit and enjoy yours. The large smoking area is a joke in the winter. There are heaters, but they go on and off constantly and are only on half of the room so you freeze and only a handful of the games will work in the cold. There's a 50/50 chance of it being filthy or not. I really wish I could give better ratings because we really used to love it here and had a lot of fun. But the amount of money we are constantly losing here, and not even getting to play, just feeding machines, has made it so we'll go elsewhere. Do better Hollywood Casino Toledo!

  Nice casino, PARKING SUCKS. We drive a 7ft van and have parked in many parking garages, but this garage has clearance for 6'9" and you wouldn't know that until your too far to go back and it's so busy and too narrow, you can't pull over or back out, no escape lane! Your trapped! Beware

  I’m currently banned because I went in to get food my 17 year old sister waited out in the car for me and I went in and ordered while I was waiting I got a call from my sister and she said that security is in the parking lot saying I can’t be on the premises so I asked to talk to them and I told them do I have to leave immediately or can I wait for my food to get done he said as soon as your food comes out you have to leave and I said okay while I’m waiting for the restaurant to get done with my food it’s been about 30mintues and I get another call from my sister and it’s security asking where I’m at I told them that I’m still waiting on my food to get done as they can see on the cameras I’m sitting in the restraint still waiting I can’t make them make my food any faster so finally my food gets done and I come out to a police officer a security guard and like 3 workers saying that I have to leave and so I said I know I already talked to security and they said I could get my food first and then I have to leave which I was going to do and they said I’m getting banned which I asked the security guard the first time he called should I leave I could have went and dropped her off and came back to get my food he said it’s fine just when you get it you have to leave which I did and yet I get banned from the casino for life apparently like why tell me it’s okay when obviously it wasn’t because now I’m banned for life when I would have left immediately, if that was the case I knew I can’t bring in a minor didn’t think it was a big deal to grab food from the casino and she’s in the car in the parking lot a warning would have been nice so I could know that’s not acceptable and I would have never done that again but instead I get banned for life from the casino I live right by so I’m disappointed with how this all went down did not think this was fair at all
