Absolutely miserable experience. Payed over $50 for my family to swim here, only to discover after we had payed and made it all the way down to the pool that most of the amenities were closed, except for the swampy 89° "activity" pool. Allow me to list the activities; mini basketball. That is what I paid $15 dollars a person for. Not to mention several of the employees on staff watched whispering as a grown man repeatedly spit into the pool, and blocked the stairs when people attempted to exit. Will not be coming here ever again, and will be warning others about this nightmare of a pool.

I gave it 1 star because it is a nice facility and some of the people who work here are nice. If you are a swimmer I would go somewhere else. The lap lane schedules are never correct and the aquatics director doesn’t care. Today I was kicked out of an open swim lane because someone wanted to have a private lesson. I was told the people having a private lesson paid meaningful money to have their lesson. Apparently the hundreds of dollars I pay every year isn’t meaningful enough. There were supposed to be 4 lanes open, but there were only 2. Unless you’re paying extra money for lessons, an exercise class, or you’re on a swim team paying them money they don’t care.

We love going to the Strongsville Rec. I like the track the best & many of the machines. We’ve met many nice people who have become our friends. There are classes to take. They have swimming, hot tubs, sauna. Outside they have tennis & pickleball courts. Clssses for children too + a day care. Check it out for sure.
