  This place caters to the new player. I dont give a damn how much money you spend they are unappreciative and ungrateful to the common player. My last trip I lost a little over 3200. No big deal it happens when you bet like I do..However, You People can keep your damned $5 promo play.Damn shame EVERY DAMNED TIME I come in there I spend good money (Not first of the month money that you people tend to cater too)

  Being this is my third casino, it was more confusing than the first one I went to which Turfway casino in Florence, Ky (fabulous place btw). When we first got there, everything was cool but when I went to use the atm, had trouble with the first one which was out (like alright, it happens), the second one froze with my bank card in it and then didn't give me the cash I with drew which then had to go to the help desk. The games themselves were good and fun, recognized some of my favorite ones and even my dad had a good time but it was more of the hassle just trying to get to play because of the trouble of the ATMs. Other than that, not a bad place.

  I’ve been to many casinos before, but this one is by far the worst. You lose money unbelievably fast and it feels like nobody ever wins here. The atmosphere is bad, machines are tight, and the whole experience just made me stop enjoying gambling. Definitely my last time coming here.

  We have always liked coming down to Hollywood Casino. We really loved coming during Kentucky Derby Day! Each year however everyone down below gets less and less! There used to be food set up and now nothing. As far as machines that is opened to bet is another problem. Only 3 machines opened!! I feel ever since we got kicked out of the top because of the reservations ( which is fine)! Pay the money , you get reservations. I understand that! However I feel the people downstairs are just an afterthought!

  I visit this casino regularly. I am “owners club” status and yet we continue to have regular poor customer service from the sportsbook. I have complained multiple times about the sportsbook manager Dave and NOTHING is resolved. I have asked repeatedly to speak to the general manager and cannot seem to get past the manager of the casino hosts, Keoni. It’s as simple as having someone available to change the channels in the sportsbar yet the only person that is able to do this is Dave and he is rude and is routinely not available. His own employees have reached out to him in my presence to put the baseball games on the TVs and he refuses to do so leaving movies playing in the sportsbar. The food for the Easter brunch was disgusting and the entire event was poorly planned. Mine was free but honestly I would not have served any of it to my dogs.
