The gentleman at the front desk on a Saturday night was friendly, helpful, and even warned me that the lane conditions might not be the best that evening. Looking back, that was quite the understatement! The prices were very reasonable—actually some of the best in town compared to RollHouse and other local centers. The bar staff was also very friendly, the facility was cleaner than many bowling centers I've visited, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. My only real frustration was the lane conditions. To be fair, it was Cosmic Bowling, and I understand that's geared more toward fun than league play. I bowl competitively, so even when I'm out just to have a good time, I still appreciate some consistency. The lanes were so dry that I never had to wipe my bowling ball once during the session. Ball reaction was extremely unpredictable, and after about an hour I decided to leave even though I had booked two hours because I simply wasn't enjoying the conditions. That said, everything else about the experience was genuinely positive. I really wanted this to become my go-to spot for Cosmic Bowling. I'm not expecting tournament conditions on a Saturday night, but I do hope the lanes can be a little better prepared in the future. I'll definitely give it another try because the people here made me feel welcome—and that counts for a lot. Great employees can make all the difference, and this place certainly has them.
