Even without a reservation, it was simple to sign up at the front desk. I would recommend making one ahead of time to avoid waiting. Our guides Matt and Jack were very fun! The safety explanations took some time, but I understand they're needed. Once we got on the zipline tour, it was all fun. Lots of joking, chatter, and as expected, flying through the forest on a zipline.

My husband booked the zipline tour for my bday. We've never been and I was nervous. From the start Sam and Emma put you at ease. Knowing I was nervous Sam put me at ease loading me onto the line. Then Emma was there at the end of every scary bridge encouraging me and I was always looking for her outreached gloved hand. Sam's jokes are pretty good! Their knowledge of the area made it interesting. Our group was fantastic! Thank you all for celebrating my bday with me, for being encouraging and patient. Great group, great guides and great experience.

Ziplining here was soooo fun and even outdid a previous ziplining experience because of the guides and structure of the tour. The guides even made the instructions fun and amusing. Props to them! At each new zipline, our guides, Matt and Jack, challenged us to do something new, either going backwards or hands-free or try walking the rope bridge on just the middle. I like how they made it progressive so we could break even more out of our comfort zones and enjoy the beautiful views with a challenge. I would definitely go again if I'm back in the area.
They even made the instructions fun and amusing. Props to them!

First time going ziplining and I had an amazing time! My friend and I went on a Monday and we were the only ones which was nice. It also made the process faster and it was only 2 hrs. I did not feel rushed, uncomfortable, or unsafe. Joey and Matt did a wonderful job educating us on Zipline safety and providing some fun facts along the way. My friend and I were able to complete the entire zipzone with no issues whatsoever. It was drizzling a little but we were still able to walk safely across platforms. I personally was nervous initially but I overcame my fear. I def want to do this again!

I did NOT know I was afraid of heights- never have been before and I’ve been up really high before on Drop Rides and Rollercoasters! Booked the canopy tour for me, my husband, and my seven year old son- the two guides were amazing! Sam and the other guide ( I’m so sorry I forget the other guides name) saved the day because mom (I) was horrified! I cried for the first three jumps while trying to be brave, and they made me feel so safe I kept going. By the fourth jump I had stopped crying and by the fifth I yelled “CANNON BALL!” My husband and son were giggling and carrying on in the treetops while mom hugged the tree, lol. Our guides made the experience amazing and I will be back to conquer my fears with my daredevil family once again!! Thank you so much ZipZone for a safe and unforgettable experience!! 💗 Both our guides were truly knowledgeable and so understanding of everyone’s skill level and comfort zone!!
