- CACarolyn AnsonSep 12, 20265.0Thought about this store while climbing wet, narrow, uneven, slippery rock spiral stairs to the top of the King's tower at Conwy Castle in N. Wales. Very thankful for my hiking shoes and quick dry pants I bought at REI for the trip!!!
- LPLemon PepperSep 12, 20263.0Staff members are nice by the camping section and hiking shoes, but this location refuses to service Rad Power Bikes—even for basic, non-electronic tune-ups with the battery removed. Oddly, the Easton location still services them, so it seems to be a restriction specific to this store rather than a company-wide policy. Staff also mentioned that they won't service ebikes that they don't sell themselves in general. No elaboration was given, felt a little cold. Large clearance section, lots of returns, which is nice.
