Due to a combination of conditions, my days of buying whatever is on sale have become the days of finding well-structured and expertly fitted footwear. The REI team member (Darrell) was very knowledgeable, recommended suitable options, and carefully explained the advantages of each of his suggestions.

My REI air pad separated and they wouldn’t help in any way due to it being more than a year. Choose a different brand that stands behind their products for a few bucks more. Or just come in every year and return it for a refund before your 365 days is up, and buy a new one for a yearly refresh. Can’t beat em’ join em’
