  Complete crap. Downloaded the PENN app and even their tech support couldn't correctly get my debit card information to link together. Couldn't load money to the app from the kiosk and couldn't make a single play because I don't travel with more than $10 cash. Plus when I asked security, they said there are no onsite ATM and this whole thing effectively ruined my entire experience but there is another option, right across town.

  Beware of your belongings: Had a great stay for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. Then decided to stay and gamble after checking out, left my luggage with the front desk staff, like I've done many times in casinos/hotels all over the world. Someone decided to “help themselves” to my gold hoop earrings that i had hidden and wrapped up in a bag in another bag and under all my other items. That means someone had to take everything out of My suitcase in order to find them. I have tried numerous times to contact security, live chat, emails or find someone in charge, to no avail! To say that i am saddened and disappointed in this hotel is an understatement! Lesson learned and i will not be returning to any Hollywood casino hotel if this is how their staff operates!

  Average casino inside. Plenty of slots to play. Not the newest games but close . They seem to be about ba year behind if you like all the new stuff. Friendly dealers. Supervisors and / or pit bosses should be trained on what customer service is .. because they clearly don't care. I played blackjack at 200 per hand for about 2 hours, then high limit slots at 10 to 30 a spin for about 2 hours. After about 4 hours of gaming I asked if they had any hosts so I can get established with one. I was told they don't have hosts. Then I asked for a comp for the streak house and, without even looking at my play, I was told "I don't write comps for the steak house".. I was like "well, is there someone who can"? That's when he looked up my card and says "I can give you 21.33".. I just laughed and said, did you even look at my play ? He said no, he didn't. The computer says 21.33. that's all I'll do... I thanked him and walked out... I'd like to know what management thinks about that or if they really don't care... Guess I'll never find out..

  The hotel is very pricey for what you get. The rooms were very nice and clean. They are new so there’s not much to complain about there. They claim they are luxury rooms. The bathroom does not have enough countertop space. The shower curtain bar is textured and does not allow you to easily pull the shower curtain shut. There was no place to set the clean towels so they were out of the shower while using it. The bed was very soft and the pillows were on the flatter side. We prefer a slightly firmer mattress with firmer pillows. It would be nice if some Hotel gets it and starts, providing both soft and firm pillows in a room. They charge for amenities that we never used. The only amenities they had in the room were two bathroom robes and assorted coffee pods. We didn’t use either, but had to pay for them anyway. The check-in process was a little bit problematic. But I’m going to give them some grace because they are brand new and are probably still trying to get the wrinkles worked out. We did not get access to our room until about an hour after the 4 o’clock check-in time. We enjoyed the three meals that we ate while we were staying there. Would highly recommend the Final Cut.

  There is no player's club.You have to go to the cashier to get your card and there's like 10 people in front of you and 2 people working.What's that about. The bathrooms are on the other end of the casino.When you walk in from the garage bathroom around until you get into the casino itself. What are the dealers said that her supervisor could check my ID and get a card?How's that gonna happen? Where's the machine that you can put your license in and then get your card ? It's actually a very nice casino inside. But not sure if we'll come back for return , visit
