  This review is for the lack of cleanliness at the hotel. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here since they opened in June. First 2 experiences were GREAT! The visit late August....there was dirt and hair behind the bathroom door and by the sink. I had to call housekeeping. Also, the beautiful lobby was tainted by the floor that had scuff marks and dirt; looked filthy. The carpeted area walking from hotel lobby to the casino had food on the carpet one evening at 9pm & still there the next morning at 9am. Very disappointing for this brand new beautiful hotel!

  The property was very loud! Guests in the hall made a lot of noise (which could be heard in the room) and the doors closes loudly. At midnight, we got someone knocking on the door who wore a hotel badge. That woke us up. About 20 minutes later we got a phone call asking if we had a white Nissan. The hotel staff needs to be trained on when to contact guests during sleeping hours. The desk attendant was quick to waive additional charges on my account. She and the restaurant hostess were very nice and helpful. Your feedback button on the email does not work, either.

  Very clean very neat..Won a few hundred. Hey, free coffee and pop! So overall it was cool. Go, have a few laughs, I spent my limit of $50 and hit on a machine with about $4 in credit left ran it up to $470 left at $401. Took a shot on lower tier machine, put $20 in ran it up to $166 left with $111, pretty fly for a broke guy 🎰🎰🤣

  Had a great time with you guys; just peace of mind doing something positive or simply being around positive vibes. That's our lady JJ knows how to do. I love Hollywood Casino—especially the salt-and-pepper shrimp from the Chinese restaurant inside. The machines offer different varieties, the drinks are wonderful, and you have a chance to win.

  Just passing through once a year and this had to be the worst casino experience I ever had. And it had nothing to do with losing. Not only the drink service at the tables only comes every 30 minutes which is preposterous. But the icing on the cake was after playing for two days and loosing significant amount, I was treated like a piece of trash when I accidentally tried cashing my chips at the wrong line at the cashier. The supervisor on duty JON has zero customer relations skills, was rude and condescending. The cashier who forced me to go back of the line after I waited 10 minutes already on the wrong line was rude and dismissive. This is a disgusting place and I will never ever come back. If you enjoy loosing your money and then being treated like crap then this is the place for you. I never write reviews but this was the most horrible experience I ever had in a casino. Oh yeah one more fun fact after putting in significant play time not one pit boss ever asked if I wanted a players card, not once.
