  We had a very disappointing experience at the entrance. We all had valid IDs and proof, but the lady checking IDs (Mexican lady with glasses) was very rude to us and refused entry without properly explaining the reason. The behavior felt unfair and unprofessional, and it honestly made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. Customer service should treat everyone with respect.

  Hollywood Casino Columbus is a really impressive place if you want entertainment, good atmosphere, and a chance to relax 🎰✨. The building itself is large, modern, and very clean. Everything feels well organized, and the whole casino has a lively but comfortable energy 😎. One thing I noticed right away is how much there is to do here 🎲🍔🎵. It’s not just slot machines — there are restaurants, bars, different gaming areas, and plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. Even if you are not a serious gambler, it can still be a fun place to spend some time. The staff were friendly and professional 👏. Security and organization also seemed very solid, which makes the place feel safe and comfortable. I also liked that the casino stays active at almost any hour 🌃. Since it’s open 24 hours, it’s convenient if you’re traveling or just looking for somewhere interesting late at night 🚗. Another plus is the large parking area 🅿️. There’s plenty of room, and getting in and out is easy compared to many busy entertainment places. Overall, Hollywood Casino Columbus is a fun and well-maintained place with a good atmosphere, nice restaurants, and plenty of entertainment options ⭐🎰.

  First time at this casino and it did not disappoint. It is a SMOKE FREE gaming floor, that is a huge plus. The machines and bathrooms were kept very clean by staff. The slot floor is pretty massive and the machines are laid out in a good pattern for roaming around and trying different machines. There was quite a bit of variety of game themes. We really enjoyed ourselves.

  I believe this casino is NOT REGULATED !!! No jackpots ever!! Super tight slot machines. Always long lines at the cashier cage, so literally impossible to cash in chips Table games are worse, very suspicious as nobody ever wins at the table games. The ATM machines are always broken so nobody can cash in their slot vouchers. Horrible casino.
