- BTBouchra TibaMay 1, 20261.0Horrible experience. After arriving, we asked the front desk girl about the game pricing. She DID NOT EXPLAIN to us, so we thought we payed for two people ahead of time. She was so rude and unhelpful. When we went for check out, we found a nice guy who told us we had an open game and that we had to pay 100$ for four games ( we didn’t finish the fourth game) !!! We told him we didn’t know, which made him adjust the price to 60$. Other than that, the food was ok.

The employees are so lost, made so many mistakes, left us waiting for almost 30 minutes after we paid to play and still charged us for this time even that was their own fault. The manager tried to help but he was just as lost as the other employees that had no idea how to figure it out the issues that they caused. The price for this place is reasonable but honestly it’s a lot of headache so I would say stay away from.
