  My 12 yo went in on his own today while riding around DT BA to ask some questions about fixing his bike. They helped him make some adjustments and changed out his broken pedals - for free! Talk about making a kid fall in love with cycling AND creating loyal customers. We’ll be back again and again!

  I purchased two bikes here a few years back. Returned for a seat issue on one bike today. Between the three bike repair employees present, I am not sure there is one with any customer service skills. Zero interest in helping. I can now see why there are several others who have had rated this place so low in customer service. Never again.
