I had a great experience at Trek thanks to Matt and the rest of the staff! They provided excellent service while helping me upgrade my bike tires. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to help. Highly recommend Matt and the team at Trek Blue Ash location for great customer service!

My 12 yo went in on his own today while riding around DT BA to ask some questions about fixing his bike. They helped him make some adjustments and changed out his broken pedals - for free! Talk about making a kid fall in love with cycling AND creating loyal customers. We’ll be back again and again!
