Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the brands, features and benefits of the different hiking shoes and boots. I now feel confident that I have the right gear for the hike. Even though they didn't have the exact boots in the store, they will be shipped to my house free of charge thanks to the membership benefits :)
