Matt helped me get properly fitted for a backpack, and I was seriously impressed with how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful he was. He took the time to explain the different packs, how they should fit, what I should be looking for, and made sure everything was adjusted correctly for me instead of just trying to sell me something. You could tell he really knew his stuff and actually cared about helping me find the right backpack. This was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Matt was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.If you’re looking for a backpack or need help getting properly fitted, I highly recommend going to this REI and asking for Matt. 5 stars!

While making the adjustments to my bike, he ran me through the process so that I could understand what was being done. On top of the actual work that was done, he was informative and friendly. I highly recommend this shop and specifically Garrett as he knows what he's doing and is super personable!
