  We were recently there for a party with 5 people. With the package we received a pizza, chicken wings, fries, and each person received 2 drinks tickets. The employees brought out 2 pizzas at one time and then when we asked for a box the employe working the fryer had a complete meltdown talking about overhead cost. I explained if that was taken into consideration why bring out 2 large pizzas and huge platters of wings and fries? We never asked for any refills but were met with such unprofessionalism. The employee i talked to proceeded to attempt to contact management who she couldn’t reach so she she slammed the phone into the wall and proceeded to start cursing and walked away and slammed a pizza box on the counter when she came back. Now I completely understand if there was some sort of clause in the booking that to go boxes aren’t allowed or if we were notified of this when we checked in for our party. There was zero professionalism. The people working the front end were sitting in the office while groups of people waited to be checked in. If you’re looking for a welcoming environment and any sort of professionalism for larger group gathering go elsewhere. Buyer beware. Also company will ask you to contact them and they will never reach out changing to 1 star.

  Bowling alley is great pro shop solid. The bar ehhh slow service there like move faster we paying 5.00 for a domestic. Glancing at tv while getting change girl you a turtle to begin with hustle it up

  Food good... the all you can bowl on Saturday not bad on the price great job with the vibe but the drinks is way to much for me I rather drink at home fr 😂

  they did not explain the pricing ahead of time and charged us $100 for bowling 4 games!! absolutely insane NOBODY wants to spend that. they took my card and didn’t say pricing. then I went to ask later on how much it would be and they said $8.99-10.99 per game… which is fine but they failed to disclose that’s PER PERSON BOWLING THE ONE LANE!! absolutely ridiculous, pricing needs to be clear and told ahead of time. staff was clueless
