- MGMalissa G4 days ago5.0We went in looking for my mother n law in her mid 70s to be safe and comfortable for her to wear. At first it was difficult because there was a sale going on. People really didn’t understand her needs. Until luckily we got Brent to help us. He was very knowledgeable about shoes, sock and inserts to help not only my mother n law but myself and husband. He took his time and make sure the shoes fit correctly. That it was the correct style and so much more. Brent really wanted to help with being rushed. One of the best customer service kindness that I’ve came across in a very long time. If you go looking for shoes go in asking for Brent!

The instructor was fantastic, I left feeling like I could actually change out a tube or patch a tire. The instructor also installed a bike pump for me on my bike. Watching him install it I realized I could actually take care of something like that myself in the future. Just an incredibly helpful experience. And thanks to Liz as well who went out of her way to let me in to the class at the last minute.
