- NCNathaniel Colston3 days ago1.0I’ve been a fan of REI for over 20 years. They’ve changed for the worse. They get one star for having the items that REI sells. Their customer service is non existent. I went it looking for a sleeping pad. I spent 15 minutes looking around the camping section and not a single employee asked me if I needed help. I eventually found what I was looking for. I continued to walk through the store and the employees seemed to be missing from every section. No greetings, no offers to help. I miss the way REI used to be.
