  Spent a short time in here..This place is huge with some of everything you need for the outdoors. I was looking for one specific item, which they had in stock, but it was more expensive than what I was willing to pay. It's worth checking out though.

  I had a great experience getting hiking boots here. Josh specifically was very knowledgeable, listened to what my needs were and made a great recommendation on what brand and model to purchase.

  Huge props to the bike shop at this location. They were very educational when we picked up a new gravel bike, and today, James took the time to provide quality guidance and recommendations to my wife who is a new long distance biker. He pointed us in valuable directions and saved us a lot of time and stress so that we don't have to figure out everything on our own. He gave additional valuable advice for questions we didn't even think to ask. Highly recommend this REI location and James in the bike department.

  I had a very disappointing experience recently at this REI location. I have been a member for over a decade, one of the things I appreciate is the generous and flexible return policy for members. I have been fortunate to not have to utilize it until recently when I found a pair of Topo trail runners I had purchased last year and worn on one weekend trip for <100 miles and hated them! I was happy to realize I was still within the one year return window- unfortunately the sales associate at the register said they could not accept products with "normal wear and tear". These shoes had been worn about 4 days total and I see no signs of the "wear and tear" she was referring to. Really disappointing, even as I browsed new shoes the sales associates helping me continued to tout their 365 day return policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! She said they could not even accept them for their RE/Supply section, which is a huge shame, as the shoes still have plenty of life in them, they just weren't great for me. With the other issues that REI has been having lately, I will think twice about spending my money there again.
