  I just finished a driver fitting with my coach, Jose Reyes. I am 72 years old. Jose set me up with a driver where I can get 100mph club head speed, and about 20 yards more distance than with my 6-year-old Ping. Since I have been working with Jose, I have gone from an average of one really-bad shot per hole, to one bad shot per 9 holes. The best thing about Jose is that he does not tell me what he thinks I want to hear, he tells me exactly what I need to hear.

  Had lessons with Jose Reyes - he helped me re-organize my swing after 20 years of bad habits! Went from hitting weak little pull fades to tight, compressed draws in no time. Jose has a background in baseball and a very strong ability to give you the exact targeted advice you need! Made swing changes very straightforward and easy. Golftec gives recap videos of your swing and drills to do. Very awesome to work with. Will be back for more lessons!

  Having (mistakenly) "taught" myself how to play golf around 60 years ago, Jose has now corrected my stance, grip, backswing and just about everything else I was doing wrong from the very beginning! Slow but steady. Jose uses the "tough love" approach, constantly telling me that I won't hit a decent ball "with that grip or backswing" (and I reply that he always is correct), yet he is full of encouragement and praise when I follow his instructions and the results immediately are evidenced!! He is very passionate about his work and the game of golf, living and breathing both of them, and he passes this along to me. Jose also is a down-to-earth human being, and I am confident that I will continue to improve with his instruction and highly recommend him personally, as well as have a high amount of respect for the rest of the great, friendly staff at Golftec Cleveland East. If you want to learn from scratch or just improve your game, you can't go wrong giving them the opportunity to teach you the correct way!!
