  Terrible. The park is totally not as advertised. The pictures are from when the park first opened. The lake is disgusting and filled with algae. You can’t even see the lake from the premium sites because the weeds are so over grown. There is no grass left in the entire park and the ants and gofers have ruined every site. All the walkways and roads are covered in goose poop. No maintenance in the park what so ever. The hot tub was green and the pool had all kinds of debris at the bottom. The entry gates are broke so anyone can come and go as they please. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

  It’s almost impossible to believe this is only one hour away from Death Valley! So peaceful and beautiful! Songbirds and doves sing all day while waterfowl grace us with their silent presence - until they have something to honk about! The campground owners and staff have made sure that everything is absolutely lovely. I will come here again!

  This place USED to be so nice. Now its like they're operating on bare minimum. The "sandy beach" is a dirt lot with sun rotted cabanas that no longer serve a purpose. The lodge is closed & no longer open . The pool looked very rough , and the hot tub was a nice greenish color . The waterfall is so overgrown you can't even notice it . I will not be coming back. Sad to see such a nice place turn into such a dump .

  Future Outdoors stayed at this RV park January 4. 2026 while we were working in Austin.We paid our bill when we left which was almost $600.00. After talking to Jennifer Laborn 5 times on the phone, leaving more than 6 messages on her phone, we never received our deposit. She told me she would mail a check one time. She would email me a check, not sure how that works. All the time giving me excuses. Now she is ignoring my calls. I tried from March 2, 2026 until April 9, 2026 to get this resolved with no results. They are not reputable.
