My Diverge brakes were finally repaired after two other bike mechanics cited manufacture settings and dismissed my concerns (trust me, Specialized don't make bikes sounding like banshees). JP diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes. I was never dismissed, and their pricing and timing was fair if not better than most with a complete replacement of the necessary parts. Recommend for their advanced expertise. (My repair was done a couple of months ago, but I was so happy with a recent gravel ride that I had to post this. Faith & confidence restored..
