  This place used to care about costumers but not anymore. I bought my six yo a trek bicycle, she wrote it once and the front wheel got flat. Took it back, they charged me for the repair, brought it back home, my daughter rode it once and again the same tire completely flat. I go there again because it’s clear that there’s something wrong with that wheel and their only answer is that “unfortunately there’s always a chance something punctured it, no matter how little it was ridden” and pretended that I was going to pay for another repair. You can clearly see in the picture that the wheel is practically new, not worn at all. Last time I go to this place and I will be reporting them to Trek.

  Goodale's bike shop offers only the highest quality bicycles and bicycle accessories which are well worth the price. The team members are very knowledgeable and happy to help with any bike needs. Yesterday, I was helped by Pat, who was very polite and took the time to get me fitted with the perfect bicycle for me, after years of not riding a bike. Pat listened to what I had in mind, my priorities, and showed me different options. Pat made temporary adjustments to the bikes I test rode to suit my comfort. I was able to associate my new bicycle's serial number with my information in the hypothetical case it gets stolen and needs to be returned to me, at no extra charge. There are warranties on my new bike, my new helmet (which is crash-test confirmed), and I plan on bringing my bike in at the end of the season for my free tune-up. Goodale's offers maintenance on your bike and education on maintaining your bike on your own. They even did a thorough safety check on my bike before letting it go out the door. I feel confident in my purchase. I plan on only going to Goodale's from here on out for any of my bike needs. Awesome.
