Ayla is the best. And the gym itself is just what I was looking for. Not too big, the perfect amount of equipment, and everybody is super friendly.

I just went back to Executive Wellness after being away a couple of years. The new owner Ayla is doing an amazing job. She is by far the best trainer I've had. She takes the time to explain why you are doing an exercise and what muscle you are working. She'll have you adjust your form to get the most out of your workout. I kind of have a love/hate relationship with her - she does push you!
This gym is open to everyone - serious weight lifters, people trying to get healthier, all ages. Reasonably priced - you have to check this place out!
