- AWAndrea WoodcockJun 13, 20261.0I was planning on buying 3 pairs of pants and 4 shirts. I went to the fitting rooms and they were locked up with no employees in sight. There was a button to push that would call an employee over. I pushed the button, no employees came, so I put the clothes in the bin and walked away. When purchased the item I didn’t need to try on the person at the register asked if I had found everything. I said I had not been able to use the fitting rooms because no one came when I pushed the button. She asked if I wanted her to get someone right then and I said no, I’m ready to leave, just be aware that either the button is malfunctioning or no one is responding. She was unconcerned about that and never apologized for the experience. I’ll buy the clothes elsewhere and I know not to shop here again.

They've had about a month of use and was told that that's normal. Wear and tear that after 30 days sometimes a sole can just come off and my return was denied. Not sure if this is company-wide as I've had better experiences in other stores, but I will never go to this Bedford store again.
