- KKKaralee6 days ago5.0I haven’t ridden a bike in years and was unsure of how to find a proper one for my needs. The sales person, Mike was incredibly kind and patient. He even helped me find the right kind of bike rack for my SUV, put it together for me and installed it onto my vehicle. He gave very practical advice and didn’t try to push extra “bike accessories” on me.

I haven't road in over 10 years and just getting back into it. Both staffs were friendly and knowledgeable without pressuring me. It ended up taking a few months and visiting many stores before I was able to decide on a bike. I'd highly recommend Trek.

I’m here in Omaha for a few days and had a slow leak on my rear tire that needed repair and already had been patched a week ago. I called the Trek bicycle shop earlier today and they said bring it on in. Then got a text a few hours later that they gone ahead and replace both tires which is what the bike needed. Looking forward to getting back out on the road here in Omaha in the next few days. Thanks for the speedy service.
