My son just learned how to ride a bike and was so excited to come pick out his very first “big kid” bike, so this was a really special moment for our family. Unfortunately, the interaction with the salesman completely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. He came across as abrasive, impatient, and rude throughout the process. As a parent trying to celebrate an exciting milestone with my child, I expected at least basic kindness and professionalism, especially from a local business. We still purchased the bike because my son absolutely loved it, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I always prefer supporting local businesses, but customer interactions matter just as much as the product itself. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers — especially families and kids — have a better experience.
