  Very good store for biking. They have a great variety of equipment. They also have friendly staff to sssist the beginner or the biker with years of riding. I recommend The Bike Way for all needs.

  I recently purchased a bike for my 7-year-old son from this shop and spent more than $350 expecting a positive experience and good customer service. My son just learned how to ride a bike and was so excited to come pick out his very first “big kid” bike, so this was a really special moment for our family. Unfortunately, the interaction with the salesman completely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. He came across as abrasive, impatient, and rude throughout the process. As a parent trying to celebrate an exciting milestone with my child, I expected at least basic kindness and professionalism, especially from a local business. We still purchased the bike because my son absolutely loved it, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I always prefer supporting local businesses, but customer interactions matter just as much as the product itself. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers — especially families and kids — have a better experience.

  My mountain bike needed a new rear wheel. The Bike Way service team got it done on time and the bike is best it can be.
