  I've only been there 4 different times and I got kicked out for having to many drinks out of the mini fridge there and the drinks r FREE and they said I had too many, when ive one drink there and that was last June and me and my friends r kicked out for probably for ever. They tried to fixed my shifter and brakes but it didn't work and my shifter and brakes r broken and I can't go back to trek so that y I'm giving trek 1 star

  Last January, I bought a Trek FX2+ electric bike from this store. In the few months since I started riding this bike, I've had four flat tires, two in the back and two in the front, including another flat in the front tire which I discovered this morning. I rode a plain Trek F/X bike every day for years without once, ever, having a flat tire. But now, with this bike, a flat tire seems to be a weekly occurrence. While the employees of the store have been nice and helpful when I needed these tires repaired, at this point it's obvious I have wasted $1600 on this bike. This bike was to be my vehicle. But what is the point of having it when every day when I walk to my garage there seems to be a 50/50 chance that one of the tires will be flat? So far, I have been lucky. I haven't yet been stranded miles from home, but it is obvious at this point that will happen sooner or later if something isn't done about this problem. This bike, until the problem of the tires constantly going flat is fixed, is a total lemon and was an absolute waste of $1600. I am giving the bike one star because zero stars doesn't seem to be an option and not for the bike itself, which I love in every other regard. Update: The staff at Trek replaced the tire and innertube without charge. If this fixes the problem with the tire going flat, then I will update the number of stars. Again, the problem isn't with the staff or even the bike per se, which I do really like. I hope this is the solution to the problem. Update: The new tire and inner tube has not gone flat in three weeks. I have updated my review and give this bike and the service I received from Trek four stars.

  Took our bikes in to be serviced. Looked like new when we got them back and they did a great job getting them back to be able to ride again
